Henrico County is a nationally recognized school system providing excellent learning experiences for its students. It is the mission of the Foundation; however, to provide additional resources to strengthen this award winning system. In order to provide opportunities for all students, teachers and staff, the Foundation needs your support in any number of ways.
You are considered a partner if you help the Henrico Education Foundation in one of the following ways:
- Directly contributing
- Participating in an event
- Volunteering your time to help
- Choosing Henrico Education Foundation on your United Way pledge card
- Donating your Ukrop’s Golden Gift Certificate to HEF
- Donating to a HCPS classroom project through DonorsChoose.org

PLANNED GIVING
Planned gifts can provide meaningful charitable support to the Henrico Education Foundation and may offer donors valuable tax benefits. The Foundation’s Planned Giving program will promote a variety of methods by which individuals may contribute to the Henrico Education Foundation beyond their lifetime. The HEF is a vital part of the educational endeavors of Henrico County Public Schools. Through the Foundation there are many ways members of the community can support the mission and goals of the Henrico Education Foundation. By helping to support the Foundation’s sustainability you can ensure the Foundation’s missions and goals will continue to provide innovative opportunities for the students, teachers and staff of Henrico County. Your donation may be a gift in-Kind or a financial gift, we all have something to offer the future of Henrico County.
SPONSORSHIPS
Sponsorships are essential to the programs and events held by the Henrico Education Foundation. Sponsors receive benefits for partnering with the Foundation, as they are recognized as good corporate citizens in the community. There are many opportunities available from sponsoring a team in the Tee-Off for Education Golf Tournament to sponsoring an instructional grant.
